Welcome to the Ahmad Garba Foundation (“the Foundation”). 3.2. Applicants for scholarships, training, or other forms of support must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.

3.3. The Foundation reserves the right to verify eligibility and revoke participation if false or misleading information is discovered.

  1. Volunteer and Staff Responsibilities 4.1. Volunteers and staff members must uphold the values of the Foundation and act in the best interest of its mission.

4.2. All volunteers and staff are required to respect the confidentiality of beneficiaries and any sensitive information they may encounter during their involvement.

4.3. The Foundation retains the right to terminate the involvement of any volunteer or staff member who fails to adhere to its policies or engages in misconduct.

  1. Funding 5.1. The Foundation will fully fund all it is Projects and Activities.

5.2. Volunteers agree that their Service contributions will be used solely for the Foundation’s programs, operations, and initiatives as determined by its management.

5.3. The Foundation acknowledgment to Voluntary Services in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

  1. Use of Resources and Facilities 6.1. Beneficiaries and participants are expected to use the Foundation’s resources, equipment, and facilities responsibly and solely for the intended purpose.

6.2. The Foundation reserves the right to deny access to resources or facilities in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

  1. Intellectual Property 7.1. All materials, content, and resources provided by the Foundation, including training materials, logos, and publications, remain the intellectual property of the Foundation.

7.2. Beneficiaries and participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Foundation’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection 8.1. The Foundation respects the privacy of its beneficiaries, donors, and associates. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of the Foundation’s operations and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
